Who receives data
We share only what is needed with service providers that help us deliver the service. These include our website and database hosting providers, email delivery provider, partner booking platform, and Stripe for hosted payment processing. Authorised staff can access data where their role requires it.
If you enable Analytics, Google Ireland Limited processes analytics data for us. We keep advertising storage and personalisation disabled.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we require an applicable adequacy decision or contractual and organisational safeguards designed to protect the data.
How long we keep data
We keep account data while the account is active and then for only as long as needed to complete deletion, resolve disputes, or meet legal duties. Enquiries are kept while they are being handled and for a limited follow-up period. Booking, order, payment, and invoice records are retained for the period needed to provide the service and meet financial, tax, insurance, and legal-claim requirements. Security and audit records are kept only for a proportionate investigation and accountability period. Data is then deleted or anonymised unless a legal hold applies.
Google Analytics user and event-level data is configured for a two-month retention period. Analytics cookies are configured for no more than 180 days.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
